The new favorite breakfast in our house is Good Morning Fabulous Muesli! It is nutritious and delicious, but also soo dead easy to make – you have no excuse to not:
1) Make it!
2) Enjoy every bite of it!
3) Feel fueled and fabulous every morning, obviously!
So go ahead, throw these ingredients in a bowl:
2cups oats
2cups of yogurt (vanilla is great, but berry flavors are delish too!)
1cup milk (almond or soy works!)
3tbsp brown sugar or honey
A dash of vanilla
A sprinkle of cinnamon, if you wish
(I’ve also added in ground flax seed and crushed pecans for some extra roughage – so good!)
Mix ‘em up!
Next, grate 2 apples (skins on for the fiber!) into the bowl and 1 (generous!) cup of chopped berries. Frozen berries work for the winter season, but just wait for the delish summer crop for the plump blueberries:)
(Make the night before and keep in the fridge.)
I separate into individual containers for me to grab-and-go to work and leave the other half of the batch in one large container as the other half of the team doesn’t like my portion sizes! (He also doesn’t have a problem with portion control – must. be. nice., eh!)
I’m on Day #3 of Muesli Fabulous….and Gooooood Morning Fabulous indeed!
