#21 – Surprise & Delight.

So what if I can’t keep a secret…actually, he asked me to tell him, so I caved 4 days later!

I booked my man and I a weekend getaway to Sunny San Diego! It is this time of year, every year, that we wish we had a sunny vacation planned. When our skin is sooo pasty white you can see the blood pumping thru our viens. When I need to rotate my makeup because I am actually 4 shades lighter – boo. Yah, tis that time of year!

My dear friend Krista Green decided last winter to flee this place altogether and now lives in California for as many days of the year as she can. It took only one brief moment of looking at her glowing skin across the dinner table for me to run home to my computer…

I logged onto Alligent Air only to find that the universe had delivered the most devine surprise – $28 flights to San Diego, direct! Can you believe it?!?! I couldn’t. I just about blew an artery.

Booked. Confirmed. Not yet packed…but both SO excited for a *cheap* weekend away for some FUN in the SUN! Who doesn’t love a Sale, with a capital S!!
