The Bliss in Balance.

…does it exist? Bliss or Balance?

In my absence away from blogging, I’ve come to realize that there are 3 major arteries to my heart that pump in those feel-good-feelin’s. And without them, my heart feels dry.

1. Exercise. I think the universal equation for happiness could look like this: Sweat + Endorphins = HAPPY!
2. Bloggin’. Contributing to my own + absorbing the love, life and laughs of all of those whom i “stalk” online thru various channels. It brings me immense amounts of joy and satisfies my always-curious-and-innovation-driven-self.
3. Amazing Human Beings: my husband, B-RO, inspiring girlfriends, training buddies, precious family, crazy colleagues, passionate women. A dose of these good people make my heart beat faster. Everytime.

…lately, i’ve missed out on more than just bloggin. And as a result, i’ve missed out on heaps of bliss.  The lesson: life will only ever be as balanced as YOU make it.

  1. Can’t live without affection. Heaps and heaps of it. Blame it on my lovey-dovey southamerican parents.
    Books-need the stimulus of learning, and peaking into worlds I would not experience otherwise.
    Music-Pumps my workouts, lifts my spirt, brings back memories. Makes me feel very alive.
