Pecha Kucha Live!

Do one thing a day that scares you…

(Video Credit goes to D.Irwin! xo)

Aww geeez…I’m slightly embarrassed and feel slightly empowered. The first crack at a stage in a room of 1200 people. You might want to turn the volume down – I think I got a wee bit too excited at times. Shocking, i know.

Thank you Cause+Effect.

  1. Fantastic job Steph! You are so inspirational – Brought tears to my eyes, a smile to my face and tons of extra encouragement to my step! rock on!

  2. That was really fun to watch Steph. As the wife of a former elite triathlete, I’ve been at the Ironman almost every year for the past 10 years – wish I had known you to cheer you on – but I’m thinking I probably did w/o knowing, cause that’s the way the world works.

Just like I’m cheering you on now. :)

  3. Frikkin Amazing Steph! Chills the whole speech plus I cried,, you came from the heart and you act as a beacon of light for everyone around you. You are an example of possibility and by ‘getting out of your own way’ you’re inspiring all of us to do the same!!! Keep it up and I’ll look forward to going solo nomo!!

Loved the speech, it was great! Way to put yourself out there. The 2 stories came together so well. Look forward to watching all your successes over the next few days/months/years.

  6. You could have just said, “It’s on my blog!”

STEPH, honestly that was amazing, you’re a natural on that mic, and you are a natural at putting yourself out there and helping to inspire others!

Congrats on Seth, you are reaping the rewards of fearlessly chasing your dreams, and you deserve all that comes your way.

    Best of luck in NYC!

  8. Holy Crap! I had no idea you were so…unbelievably motivating. An outstanding job, Steph. You really have a way to say it and say it perfectly. Take it out there. The world needs more of you. You should consider speaking to young people about dreams and motivation.
Really glad I found your blog. Thank you.
