Oh what a GREAT race to do in Vancouver! It is definitely fabulous! Swim: last year the tide was in - ocean swim - nothing crazy, great sand beach to run up. Only not great if the tide is OUT...much longer beach to run up! Bike: 4 laps with a pretty decent climb thrown in there, otherwise, relatively flat and fast! Great road for riding! Run: AWESOME! 2 laps on a gravel path. Very well organized, great volunteers and typically awesome weather. You will love it! S. Hi Mike!
