I am the product of two amazing people – a high energy, exceptionally outgoing, very driven, not-so-patient Father and an ubber creative, very beautiful, remarkably generous, full-of- love Mama. I am a proud daughter.

I am the older sibling to a younger, but definitely cooler brother who has more positive, amazing energy than anyone I’ve ever met. He doubles as one of my very best friends and life-kickin’ inspirations! I am a grateful sister.

I am blessed to share my life with a hunky firefighter who has all the good things I don’t such as: patience, rational brains, patience, an off-switch. Together we run through trails, bike over mountains, explore new places, laugh till it hurts – it’s better together. I am a blissed out wife.

I am thrilled to now be living North Vancouver, BC, but will always remember my roots of small town Aurora, ON fondly.  (Willy the Wonder dog was also raised in Aurora and then relocated with me to the west coast. He loves it here, but doesn’t do salt water very well!)

I am a corporate recruiter by day and a dreamer of entrepreneurial pursuits by night.

I am a triathlon enthusiast who recently finished Ironman Canada and proudly stalks pro athletes online.

I am a fan of fresh flowers, farmer’s markets, outdoor adventures and delicious milk choco.
